To reserve your session with Zuleima Photography, a signed contract and non-refundable retainer are required. This retainer secures your date and is applied toward your full session fee, with the remaining payment due on or before the day of your session. Sessions begin promptly at the scheduled time, and late arrivals may result in reduced shooting time and fewer delivered images. If you need to reschedule, I allow one reschedule with advance notice; however, cancellations or no-shows will forfeit the retainer. Please note that retainers are non-refundable under any circumstances, but they ensure your spot is saved on my calendar.
